Andy Lovejoy, PE

Andy Lovejoy is Civil Engineering Consultants’ president and provides the management of all potable water and water reclamation projects. Andy joined CEC in January 2000 and has over 20 years of experience designing and managing construction for complex infrastructure projects for local municipalities and private development.

Andy graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering. He also earned an MBA from Georgia State University.

In his spare time, Andy climbs tall mountains, rides his bike on long roads and hikes often with his dogs, Chelsea, Tessa and Jill.
