Brian Dobbins, Surveyor of Record

Brian Dobbins is Civil Engineering Consultants’ senior surveyor. With over 20 years of experience, Brian has worked on numerous infrastructure, transportation, municipal, residential and commercial projects throughout the Southeast. He is a registered Professional Land Surveyor and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying & Mapping from Southern Polytechnic State University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from American Sentinel University.
