ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey

An ALTA/NSPS (formerly ALTA/ACSM) Land Title Survey is a complex survey product designed to assist all parties involved in a commercial real estate transaction. Professional Construction Layout and Post-Construction Asbuilts

Professional construction layout is the cornerstone of a successful civil construction project. Our registered professionals have assisted with the construction of projects ranging from less than $100,000 to over $100 million.

Post-construction asbuilts allow contractors, municipalities and owners to accurately quantify installed infrastructure. CEC’s surveying team is committed to the efficient completion of deliverables set forth in project documents and municipal standards so that projects are completed and COs are received in a timely manner.

Commercial Boundary/Asbuilt

This type of survey is related to certain types of lending where an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey is not required. Instead, the lending institution provides a certification requirement. Along with certification, we also provide a “Survey-Based Description” of the subject parcel shown on the face of the survey plat.

Site Survey Topographic/Asbuilt

A site planning survey is any survey that is requested for a design function. This broad type of survey can be used for planning a multi-lot subdivision/complex or a single structure.
